Keeping our Bearcats safe
is the highest priority. Aledo
ISD’s commitment to safety and
security for students includes a
full-time armed police officer on
each campus. The district also
offers multiple ways for students,
parents and staff to report safety
concerns or threats by using
the BearcatWatch tip line. This
provides real-time reporting on
our campuses and another way
Aledo ISD is building a safe
environment.
Aledo ISD has 10 campuses
including five elementary
schools (Coder, McCall, Stuard,
Vandagriff and Walsh) serving
children in grades kindergarten
through 5th. Coder Elementary
also offers a pre-kindergarten
program.
Additional campuses include
McAnally Intermediate (6th
grade), Aledo Middle School (7th-
8th grade), Daniel Ninth Grade
Campus, Aledo Learning Center
and Aledo High School (10-12).
Aledo ISD is led by
Superintendent Dr. Susan K.
Bohn, who joined the district
in June of 2018 after serving as
Lockhart ISD Superintendent
since 2015.
Aledo ISD covers 132 square
miles, and zoning boundaries
include students from Annetta,
Annetta North, Annetta South,
Willow Park, Hudson Oaks,
Fort Worth and Cresson. The
district’s partnership with
these communities provides an
important connection in planning
for growth.
