opportunities, and easy access to Fort Worth or Weatherford.

According to data from the U.S Census and the Texas
Office of the State Demographer, from 2015 to 2030, Parker
County is projected to grow by approximately from 126,042
in 2015 to 157,533 in 2030. New home starts in Parker
County have grown steadily over the past decade.
Parker County has a wide selection of homebuilders to
meet the needs of any homeowner. Housing in East Parker
County is predominately single-family detached homes, but
there are also a variety of townhome, multifamily and duplexes

TRANSPORTATION
It is estimated that by 2045, Parker County will increase
in population by 57%. Such growth implies the need for
significant expansion and improvement of the county’s
transportation infrastructure. County Judge Pat Deen along
with the County Commissioners are tasked with overseeing
the voter approved $76.2 million transportation bond
covering projects around the county such as new highways,
